Step 1: Cook your own meals
Cook and prepare your own meals as often as you can. This will help you avoid eating processed and fast foods, which are higher in sodium and fat.
Tip: Healthy, low-fat recipes and guidance are available in bookstores and on the internet.
Step 2: Make a shopping list
Plan healthy meals and make a shopping list. Fill your cart with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole-grain foods, and lean meats.
Step 3: Read nutrition labels
Read nutrition labels. Pay attention to saturated fat, sodium, and sugar. The higher their numbers, the unhealthier they are.
Step 4: Eat breakfast

Dan and I have been huge fans of the EpicMealTime YouTube channel for a while now. We love their videos…but unfortunately, we can’t eat bacon covered chocolate cake or any of the other food they cook.

What are some special bring-to-work lunch ideas I can bring for my BF?
He’s been consistently nice, supportive (especially to my mother who’s been fighting breast cancer). So I want to surprise him with something that says how wonderful he is.
Any ideas? Food, or just gift objects in general.

i make my husbands lunch for work all the time for him, and he loves that i just take the time out of my day to do it. …. i get that special hawiian bread.. but the ones for sandwhiches… and get deli meat, and colby jack cheese, and he LOVES that sandwhich.. the bread makes so much of a difference in the taste, then send him with some cookies that you make of course, crackers, a few drinks, and write a note saying you appreciate all he has done and you love him more than how good his sandwhich tastes! lol <3

Online Business Marketing With Blogging
Beginning early this year, certain search engine made some changes to their search ranking, the reason cited is that google wanted to provide more relevant results, google engineers published blog post which indicated there were 11.8% organic search results will be affected, in another word, there are about 12% of google search results are considered low quality by google itself. The update was initiated more than a year ago, no wonder I saw a few of my keywords’ ranks dropped like a rock, the good thing is that those keywords promoted by content rich links are not affected, some of the keywords even ranked better than before, it’s almost a sure thing that plain link building loses all it’s attraction, at least in the eye of google.
Now what on earth is plain link building and how do people do it? There are a lot of SEO company out there are doing this, they add your links to those linking websites without context, the content on those sites will never be updated, and most of them are useless, the name link spamming are just for these sites. New google algorithm most likely will punish these link spammers, any links on them will be affected too.
Examples will be great for explanation. In the very beginning, I didn’t know better, I started with this keyword, Towing Chains, at that time almost every body was doing plain linking campaign, almost all the sites I got link from had too many links, and the worst thing is that those sites are linking sites only and had no content, not even crap content. In the beginning, the ranking of the keyword in question rise pretty fast, finally the rank improved a lot, this was the case until google made the change. Here is another keyword, chain pullers, we put the link in relevant context, almost no plain links, now we have really good ranking for this keyword. Now contextual links win the battle, then what? Actually this is all about content, so if you create great content, not only people will love to read your stuff, so do the search engines. You probably think there are already too many blogs out there, it’s not true, there will never be too many good blogs, such as this interesting blog, kaiya eve pettiskirts , in the beginning I just post to it casually, lately I added nice stuff left and right, and to my surprise, I have high ranks for some of competitive keywords. As we can see, article marketing with great content is the way to go. Now imagine you have your own blog network, such as Vehicle First Aid Kit, then it will be easier to do article marketing.
Remember content is king, you just need to create content, publish and share with people, and put your keywords in the context you’re good to go, this strategy will prevail in short or long term. Persistence and patience are the keys to success, nothing will automatically improve overnight, i.e., selling online or improve your search rankings, now all we have to do is to give our love for creating and sharing nice content and not to worry about the ranking every day. When publisinh articles, I prefer ezine, new article will be indexed within an hour if not minutes, and some popular blogs will get your post indexed in minutes, there venues are ideal for promoting your site, here I am going to show you an article in article directory or on a blog, for instance, E Track Straps , nice writing, good content, published on popular site, this article serves it’s purpose well.
Last but not least, we have hot social media now, no one can afford to not using them. One thing you can do for your blogs is to install twitter tools, sign up for a twitter account and create a new application, link your blog to twitter, then make sure every new post will post a new tweet, it’s easy and really useful, it’s a big loss if you don’t use this tool.

Bottom line is that you should create great content, publish and share with people, promote your business with the content, this strategy will prevail in short or long term.
